We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Client Advisor to join our Private Client Services team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Risk Management: Gather information from clients related to risk management needs, financial loss tolerance, and evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to manage client risk.
  • Renewal Proposals: Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients and conduct annual interactive Client Advisory reviews.
  • New Business Development: Accountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional client service and new business development through referrals and expanded client programs.
  • Insurance Carrier Negotiations: Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for clients and prospects, while conforming to all laws, regulations, and requirements governing the insurance industry.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years' personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele.
  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Skills: Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations, ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional Designations: Professional designations a plus, e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.
  • Carrier Relationships: Previous experience relationships with luxury carriers, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE.
