Job Summary
The J.R. Simplot Company is seeking a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Caldwell, ID. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all process control instrumentation in the plant, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with team members and support groups
- Implement and monitor preventative/predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including automation systems, to prevent or minimize downtime
- Ensure proper food safety sanitation and cleaning procedures of all processing equipment and tools
- Maintain accurate records of shift events, logging Predictive Maintenance data

Requirements:
- Associate's degree (A.A. or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance
- Strong knowledge of automation systems and predictive maintenance principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation:
- Hourly wage: $37.24 - $44.57
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
- Retention bonuses: up to $3,000
