Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Online Crisis Chat Supervisor to enhance our expanding team. This position involves a hybrid work model that includes an initial training phase. The selected candidate will undergo 5 weeks of comprehensive onsite training. Following this training, there will be a requirement to conduct in-person feedback and quality assurance sessions with the team on a bi-weekly basis.
The supervisor will oversee a team of up to 4 digital crisis specialists who provide online emotional support through Crisis Chat and Text services. This role emphasizes high levels of communication and quality assurance, ensuring that all contacts receive the necessary emotional support and resources.
Training will encompass approximately 48 hours focused on active listening, suicide prevention techniques, and effective utilization of agency resources to assist individuals in need. A significant emphasis is placed on maintaining high standards of quality assurance throughout the role.
