Responsibilities:- Coaching and training sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Inspecting and evaluating marketing campaigns to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals.
- Making regular visits to retail stores to provide support, guidance, and feedback to sales representatives.
- Resolving customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing and implementing plans to drive sales growth and exceed sales quotas.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of DISH products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience, 1+ year of selling wireless products or services, bilingual Spanish, valid driver's license, 3 years of active driving history, and completed driver safety training.
