Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join DISH as a Territory Sales Leader and lead high-performing teams to drive growth and success within a designated territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing performance, coaching and training sales representatives, and driving marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coaching and training sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Inspecting and evaluating marketing campaigns to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals.
  3. Making regular visits to retail stores to provide support, guidance, and feedback to sales representatives.
  4. Resolving customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Developing and implementing plans to drive sales growth and exceed sales quotas.
  6. Maintaining a strong understanding of DISH products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience, 1+ year of selling wireless products or services, bilingual Spanish, valid driver's license, 3 years of active driving history, and completed driver safety training.
