Job Opportunity

At Team Elmer's, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team for the summer. This is a temporary position that will provide valuable experience and exposure to the construction industry.

The primary objective of this internship is to prepare the candidate for future leadership positions within the construction industry. The intern will have the opportunity to observe and participate in all aspects of construction management, including field work, field supervision, and project management job shadowing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of construction projects
  • Conduct site visits and observe construction activities
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions
  • Develop skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Construction Management curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to exercise good professional judgment
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
