Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum 4+ years of related work experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Intelligence, preferably in the software industry. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, or a related field is required. Strong strategy, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills; systems thinking are essential. Solid mathematical proficiency and ability to turn data into insights & actions are also crucial. You'll need advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint, and be able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
