This operations team lead role involves overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including hiring, recruiting, and training new staff members. The position requires the ability to manage various responsibilities, such as processing guest check-ins, maintaining member accounts, and upholding quality customer service standards.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing club follow-ups to ensure members are current and not past due
  • Executing procedures outlined in the front desk and kids club manuals
  • Assisting the club manager with operations as needed
  • Processing daily register deposits
  • Maintaining office supply orders
  • Responsible for desk inventory and submitting product orders
  • Attending staff and club meetings and events
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with members and staff
  • Ensuring all required documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the front desk is clean, maintained, and organized at all times
  • Responding quickly and appropriately to emergency situations

Requirements for the operations team lead role include:

  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Experience in cash handling and credit cards
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service functions

Physical requirements for the operations team lead role include:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing, and speaking
