Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA.

Job Summary:

The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality food to exact chef specifications, assisting with kitchen duties, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
  • Set up and manage kitchen stations as assigned by the Chef
  • Fill in for the Sous Chef as needed
  • Stock inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, culinary school, or catering preferred
  • Basic prep, knife, and baking skills
  • Ability to work well with limited supervision
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Compensation:

$20.68 - $26.88 per hour based on relevant experience
