Responsibilities also include preparing, maintaining, and distributing various financial reports and tables, as well as completing end-of-period closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of figures, postings, and documents.
  • Organize and maintain all financial files and records in accordance with retention policies.
  • Analyze computerized financial information and generate reports as needed.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, account statements, and bills according to company procedures.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and vendor invoices until resolution.
  • Prepare daily consolidated cash deposits from all cash handling employees.
  • Document and communicate any cash variances effectively.
  • Administer all cashier banks and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in arithmetic computations.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Capable of preparing and reviewing written documents for accuracy.
  • Experience in using computers and point-of-sale systems for work-related tasks.
