Product Development Engineer II

At Path Engineering, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer II to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and executing products in growth programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of new products and product lines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Analyze data to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide guidance and support to Quality Department staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in product development or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in chemical or packaging engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of adhesives, barrier properties, and lamination processes
  • CAD or SolidWorks experience preferred
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean
  • Experience with FDA requirements and ISO standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
