RidgeWood Health Campus is a leading provider of long-term care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our team and drive our mission forward.

Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our campus, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. This includes managing our staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the campus, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the campus is meeting its goals and objectives
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement
    • Respond to resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, business, social work)
    • Active LNHA license in the state of operation
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, with a proven track record of leadership and management
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results
