Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch organization in Malvern, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of branch performance, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Manage and coach a high-performing team to deliver a differentiated client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
