Job Title: Healthcare Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Relationship Manager to join our team at Fifth Third Bank, N.A. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare companies and institutions in our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare companies and institutions
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and maintain existing relationships
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide tailored financial solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client financial performance and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, with 5-10 years of relationship account management experience
  • Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience
  • Strong business acumen, including financial statement analysis and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
