About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Relationship Manager to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare companies and institutions in the St. Louis area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare companies, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Portfolio Management: Work closely with internal partners to analyze and evaluate client needs, developing tailored relationship strategies to maximize opportunities for the bank.
  • Client Experience: Provide exceptional service to clients, meeting with them regularly to understand their needs and preferences, and delivering solutions that meet their business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, with a proven track record of success in relationship management and business development.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team-based sales environment.
