Key Responsibilities- Tour and showcase apartments to prospective clients, highlighting the community's amenities and features.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive leasing experience.
- Process lease applications, collect rental deposits, and ensure timely completion of lease agreements.
- Inspect properties periodically and arrange for necessary maintenance to ensure the community remains in excellent condition.
- Compile listings of available rental properties and compose vacancy advertisements to attract new clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, and Yardi.
