We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team and work on Affordable Housing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing real estate deals and due diligence calls, as well as financing, loan documents, and construction loans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing real estate transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinating with lenders and bond issuers to secure funding for affordable housing projects
  • Reviewing and negotiating loan documents and other agreements related to affordable housing development

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including low-income tax credit developments and other types of affordable housing initiatives. You will also be part of a growing practice area that is focused on making a positive impact in our community.
