We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to join our team at Knauf Insulation. As a key member of our Continuous Improvement department, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve quality
  • Coach and mentor Black Belts, Green Belts, and Yellow Belts in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline to ensure continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to help them develop their leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to stakeholders

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 4 years of Lean Six Sigma experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including leading Lean Six Sigma teams
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage audiences at all levels
  • Strong leadership, persuasion, and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery of Lean Six Sigma and Lean Management tools
  • Ability to teach Lean Six Sigma and Lean Management principles
  • Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exhibits strong critical thinking skills to handle ambiguity and situations where there is no clear answer or prescribed path
  • Strong interpersonal skills, values diversity, and demonstrates the ability to build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Must be a results-oriented change agent able to drive project completion and influence employees and key stakeholders
  • Must be process driven with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer
  • Strong emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-control, awareness of others, and the ability to build relationships
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Minitab, and remote meeting software
