About the Role

We are seeking an experienced insurance defense attorney to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As a key member of our civil trial practice, you will be responsible for handling complex insurance defense cases in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies
  • Prepare and present cases in court, with a focus on jury trials
  • Collaborate with support staff to manage caseloads and ensure timely resolution of cases
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance law and regulations
Requirements
  • Active license to practice law in Florida and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with excellent written and oral advocacy abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
