This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. You will be based in Jericho, NY, and will work closely with our skilled support staff to manage a busy and time-sensitive caseload.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development
  • Prepare and present evidence in court
  • Collaborate with support staff to manage caseload
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in New York
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
