Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in Florida and a member in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
