Job Opportunity

Rallye Mercedes, a premier Mercedes-Benz dealership, is seeking an experienced Sprinter Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to factory standards.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and recommend/reperform appropriate repairs.
  • Identify additional repair or maintenance items and communicate with service advisors.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts.
  • Notify the foreman of any additional work required or changes to the repair order.
  • Document all work performed clearly and accurately.
  • Road test vehicles as needed or refer to the inspection technician.

Requirements:

  • Diesel, Sprinter, or truck experience is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter experience is strongly preferred.
  • A valid NYS Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Proficiency in Netstar, Xentry, and WIS.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, and diagnostic tools.
