Job Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain strong connections with our clientele, acting as their main liaison and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings. This role encompasses innovative thinking, product sourcing and development, order processing, client reporting, and addressing customer service challenges, all aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and expanding our business accounts.

The ideal candidate for the Greco Promotions Client Relationship Manager position will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales account management or business development, ideally within the promotional products sector.
  • A demonstrated history of boosting sales and business prospects through effective client engagement.
  • A flair for creativity in merchandise, alongside exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, creativity, and the capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Assisting in formulating strategies and presentations for client proposals.
  • Generating leads within designated accounts and overseeing projects from concept to execution.
  • Staying vigilant for new business opportunities and engaging with high-level contacts to gather insights and maximize business potential.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of business initiatives, keeping an eye on competitive products and marketing strategies, and understanding the negotiation dynamics between clients and the company.
  • Sourcing and pricing products to meet margin objectives, prioritizing preferred vendors to enhance pricing opportunities, profitability, and relationships with key suppliers.
  • Addressing customer service issues and striving to resolve challenges with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
