Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

Aveanna is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their homes. As a CNA, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver personalized care and services that improve the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medical care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic first aid.
  • Help patients maintain good personal hygiene and provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Document patient care and services provided, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in patient condition.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
