Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICRN) to join our team at Virginia Hospital Ctr-Arlngtn. As an ICRN, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an RN in an ICU setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia.
Salary Information:
The estimated weekly pay for this position is $1968.52, which includes all taxes, insurance, and other deductions.
