Job Title: Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at Trisian-Global Consulting LLC. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and design customized solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integration solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, such as APIs, web services, ETL tools, and middleware platforms.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure functionality and identify and resolve any issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation and maintenance phases of integration projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in integration technologies and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of existing solutions.
  • Document integration processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of integration solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role, with a focus on ERP integration solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience developing enterprise web services and data integration processes using an EIP.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies, such as APIs, web services, ETL tools, and middleware platforms.
  • Proficiency in various integration patterns, data mapping and transformation techniques.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is preferred.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL, and no SQL platforms.
  • Cloud experience - Azure, Oracle, Google Cloud, or AWS.
  • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
