Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business prospects through cold-calling and other methods to increase sales of the organization's products.
  • Develop and implement selling strategies with distribution partners to drive business growth.
  • Interact with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's products and develop long-term multi-level relationships.
  • Exceed budget goals and provide regular reporting and forecasting.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of coworkers in our plants and other offices to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
  • 5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
  • Packaging sales experience recommended but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions.
  • Strong computer and organization skills.
  • Ability to learn new products and technologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM Tools.
