Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business prospects through cold-calling and other methods to increase sales of the organization's products.
- Develop and implement selling strategies with distribution partners to drive business growth.
- Interact with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's products and develop long-term multi-level relationships.
- Exceed budget goals and provide regular reporting and forecasting.
- Work collaboratively with all levels of coworkers in our plants and other offices to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
- 5 years of outside sales experience.
- Up to 50% travel required.
- Packaging sales experience recommended but not required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions.
- Strong computer and organization skills.
- Ability to learn new products and technologies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM Tools.
