About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at ABC Animal Hospital. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and pets, provide a warm welcome, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Schedule appointments, manage client records, and maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with questions and concerns, provide basic information and advice on veterinary services and products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure seamless administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a CSR in a veterinary hospital preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends.
What We Offer
