Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at ABC Animal Hospital. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

• Greet clients and pets, and provide a warm welcome to our hospital.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and text messages, and assist clients with their queries.
• Schedule appointments and manage our calendar to ensure smooth operations.
• Check clients and pets in and out, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Procure necessary documentation from owners and other hospitals, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Provide basic information and advice to clients regarding veterinary services and products.
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary hospital or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, with a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.
