Experienced Community Association Manager Wanted in South Florida

Affinity Management Services is a leading provider of association management services, serving communities in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County for over 15 years. We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing community associations, with expertise in finance, governance, and operations. They will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors, while ensuring the smooth operation of community assets and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors, promptly addressing service requests and investigating serious complaints.
- Vendor Management: Plan, direct, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive systems for vendor management, ensuring cooperation and supervision of quality services.
- Financial Management: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and variance trend analysis, and provide guidance to the board to make sound financial decisions.
- Budget Preparation: Prepare the association's annual budget, analyzing expenses item by item, and suggest adequate funding for financial responsibility.
- Emergency Response: Respond to and act on association emergencies in a timely manner, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Major Improvement Projects: Manage major improvement projects, including preparing RFPs for projects exceeding $10,000, coordinating meetings, and overseeing vendor interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Active CAM License required.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in high-rise condominiums and HOA management.
- General Computer Skills and proficiency in software platforms.
