Job Overview

Community Health of South Florida, Inc. is seeking a skilled Oral Health Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality dental care to our patients.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive oral health services to patients, including routine cleanings, scaling, and root planning.
  • Administer local anesthesia as required for procedures.
  • Conduct oral hygiene and nutritional instruction to promote healthy habits.
  • Assist with chair-side duties and other areas of the dental unit as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate of Arts Degree in Dental Hygiene or related field.
  • Current certification from an A.D.A. accredited school of dental hygiene.
  • Active State of Florida Dental Hygienist License.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary staff.
