We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor RN to join our team at OSF HealthCare. This part-time role will oversee the work of team members providing direct and indirect patient care services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing work of team members and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care
- Demonstrate accountability for patient care and provide effective leadership
- Work with Charge Nurses and Department Leads to ensure appropriate staffing
- Serve as a resource person for resolving operational and patient care problems
- BSN degree
- 3 years of experience in an acute care setting
- Professional national leadership certification or as determined by the operating unit CNO within one year after hire
- BLS and ACLS certification by American Heart Association
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively lead and direct team members
- Demonstrated knowledge of emergency procedures and policy and procedures
- Ability to access educational and supportive resources
