About the Role:

The Vice President of Sales - Small Law Firms is a strategic leader responsible for building and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the small law firms segment. This role requires a strong understanding of the legal market and the ability to develop and execute plans to acquire and optimize sales and renewal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth in the small law firms segment.
  • Lead a team of sales leaders and sales professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with small law firms' leadership, central support, and marketing functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar size and scope.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct client relationship management, preferably in a digital marketing business.
  • Four-year degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, effective account planning, sales negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience leading and supporting large, strategic business change.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing technology environment.
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
