Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team at The Spa at Agua Caliente Casinos. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests with amenities and wellness experiences, including providing robes, slippers, and locker keys
  • Escort guests to their lockers and introduce them to their therapists
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa facility
  • Restock linens and supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external clients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment
  • Ability to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 3 miles and climbing stairs. The individual must also be able to work in a smoke-filled environment and be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
