Job Title: SAP EHS Functional Analyst

At Axelon Services Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS Functional Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting in SAP ERP Systems to our clients and senior IT leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead SAP functional teams on projects, reviewing deliverables and ensuring SAP delivery on assigned projects.
  • Analyze complex business processes and information needs of clients in one or more business functional areas.
  • Partner with business teams, technical analysts, and architecture organizations to develop strategies and plans to integrate SAP into total solutions.
  • Evaluate and document alternatives to provide effective solutions to complex business problems.
  • Develop SAP RICEFW objects in work management areas for projects, enhancements, and production support.
  • Prepare requirements documents, As-Is and To-Be processes, and identify gaps.
  • Design system processes to bridge gaps, build prototypes, prepare functional specifications, and prepare test plans and test scripts.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
  • Provide SAP subject matter expertise to client functional areas and ensure best practices are adapted.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience designing, configuring, and developing complex solutions using SAP EH&S modules.
  • Proficient in writing requirements documents, functional specifications, and preparing business process flows.
  • Experience with designing new enhancements, reports, and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP interrelationships and dependencies of related modules and systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,000 - $194,000, a relocation package for candidates within 50 miles, and a great benefits package, including medical plan, 401K plan, and 10% and 15% performance bonus.
