About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care team at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient and family care in an inpatient setting, focusing on symptom management and referrals to hospice.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to provide comprehensive support for patients
  • Focus on symptom management, goals of care conversations, and referrals to Hospice
  • Work in a hospital setting with a team-oriented group
