Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Curbside Concierge Agent to join our team at Bags. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our airline partners and their passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and secure luggage according to TSA standards
  • Issue boarding passes and tag bags for departing flights
  • Provide general information to passengers about locations, directions, and flight information
  • Offer a high level of customer service to passengers and airline clients
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work in the early morning rotation
  • At least 6 months of experience in a face-to-face guest service position
  • Data entry and/or computer experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
  • Ability to work in outside weather conditions
  • Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment criminal background screening and drug testing
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Must be able to push luggage cages both empty and full
  • Weather: Outdoors 100% of the time, including all temperatures and types of weather
  • Noise: Continued vehicle noise, including vehicle horns, multiple conversations, and large group noise
  • Standing: 100% of the time, with the ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Will consistently and regularly be required to lift, carry, reach, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
  • Will occasionally be required to bend, squat, and kneel
  • Walking: 50%
Appearance Guidelines
  • Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times
  • With the exception of a fully-grown mustache, beard, or goatee, all men must be clean-shaven
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed
  • Clean and well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift
