Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales and Service: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
