Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager Airport / Aviation to work alongside one of our key aviation clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple project groups, supervise Project Managers, and coordinate with other project groups and consultants.
  • Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
  • Oversee financial management, including prompt client invoicing and financial system monitoring.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed project planning.
  • Apply performance management techniques and monitor project progress.
  • Manage change control processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate project information flow between the team and client through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Prepare project budget progress reports and other formal reports.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading/managing complex, multi-phase, capital projects of $300 million or greater.
  • Experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization.
  • Experience in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Track record of following through on commitments.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering major capital projects successfully (on budget, on time, meeting safety and quality standards within approved scope).
  • Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communications.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15 to 20 years' experience in the management of large, complex, multi-package construction projects.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, Program Management certification preferred.
  • Registration as Architect or Engineer is desirable, but not required.
