Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with department leadership to validate current work processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop project plans for Lean process improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate tasks, dates, dependencies, and resources.
- Engage with department leadership to review and evaluate project plans and objectives, providing support for various initiatives.
- Ensure participant engagement in initiatives, scheduling and managing meetings, and developing minutes to document and track progress.
- Establish quality and performance targets, including value propositions before and after implementations.
- Collaborate with design and planning branches to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase of project development.
- Collaborate with Architectural and Construction Management teams to ensure design lends itself to an efficient work environment.
- Act as a member of the overall Construction Services implementation team, serving as a liaison to ensure project goals and timelines are adhered to.
- Directly manage a portion of the junior staff within the department.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Construction-related field or equivalent based on experience.
- Minimum 10 years of operational construction experience with an emphasis on healthcare.
