Who We Seek:
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering functional rehabilitation in various settings, including home, school, work, and community environments.
You will engage clients in real-life activities, such as cooking, grocery shopping, dining out, and participating in outdoor events, rather than confining treatment to traditional clinical settings.
You will excel in an independent work environment while collaborating with a diverse team of skilled therapists.

Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting evaluations and formulating treatment plans
- Regularly reassessing treatment effectiveness and participating in team meetings and family discussions
- Performing discharge evaluations and providing recommendations for home and community safety, along with educational resources
- Communicating patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, clients, and family members
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in your state
- Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification as per state regulations
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility, which may involve lifting up to 100 pounds following safety protocols
- Proficiency in fine motor skills, visual acuity, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Additional Physical Requirements:
This role may involve frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.
A health screening or examination may be necessary prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policies and regulations to ensure physical capability to perform assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
