Project Lead Opportunity with a Leading Custom Home Builder

A reputable and award-winning home construction company, GPAC, is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the coordination and management of large custom home construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise in project management and leadership to a dynamic team.

This role involves working closely with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining quality standards, and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the construction team to plan, organize, and execute project activities
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Manage and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the custom home construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Industry-recognized certifications and qualifications, such as OSHA, LEED AP, or similar
