Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family renovation projects in various locations across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing renovations, with a focus on occupied properties to ensure projects run smoothly while maintaining a positive living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of multi-family renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and on-site staff to ensure work is completed to high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
  • Communicate regularly with property management, owners, and project managers to provide progress updates.
  • Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on residents.
  • Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site to manage day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on multi-family renovations.
  • Experience working with occupied properties is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in diverse locations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to travel frequently and stay on-site as needed.
