Job Description:

This is a rewarding full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Conduct routine resident assessments, recording vital signs and providing detailed reports to the resident's physician.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • High school diploma or GED required; four-year college or university degree desired.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.
