Fox Valley Technical College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Dental Hygiene program courses. The successful candidate will be a dynamic partner for both students and the College, working to ensure student success and modeling FVTC core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assist and advise students with academic matters, including course content, career concerns, and other issues.
  • Research and develop skills assessments to evaluate student performance.
  • Promote student success through timely communication, growth-based feedback, and implementation of strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Comply with college policies and directions regarding student testing, record keeping, and providing grades on a timely basis.
  • Meet professional expectations by maintaining professional currency and contributing to a collaborative culture across the College.
  • Attend division, department, and advisory committee meetings as requested.
  • Participate in staff development activities, such as diversity awareness and technology training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or Associate Degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two years of occupational experience in a target job for the program or programs being taught, with at least one year within five years prior to date of hire.
  • Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist license is required.
  • Meet and maintain FVTC requirements and Higher Learning Commission (HLC) standards.

  • Skilled in oral and written communications.
