Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, and excavators.
  • Utilize hand tools including compactors, shovels, and hammers.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment.
  • Lay and secure rebar according to project specifications.
  • Travel is a requirement for this position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn how to interpret blueprints, take measurements, and prepare forms for concrete pouring and finishing.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Physical capability to lift, twist, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, stand, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain for extended durations.
  • Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to using safety equipment consistently and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Willingness to complete necessary training programs: OSHA, RF, First Aid & CPR.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
