Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Laborer to join our team at Access Dubuque. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of Cast Stone, including mold prep, casting, shoveling, and wheelbarrowing. You will also be responsible for detailed finishing of cast pieces, operation of various tools and equipment, and packaging of Cast Stone.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the production of Cast Stone, including mold prep, casting, shoveling, and wheelbarrowing.
  • Perform detailed finishing of cast pieces, including sanding, washing, and palletizing.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Package Cast Stone for shipping and delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions.
