Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and team-oriented individuals to fill various labor positions throughout our facility. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of Cast Stone, including mold prep, casting, shoveling, and wheelbarrel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the production of Cast Stone, including mold prep, casting, shoveling, and wheelbarrel operations.
  • Perform detailed finishing of cast pieces, including operation of various tools and equipment.
  • Assist with the finishing and packaging of Cast Stone, including sanding, washing, palletizing, shrinkwrapping, and computer entry.
  • Operate various tools and equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be flexible with duties and able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Must be dependable and able to lift 50-75lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and twist throughout the shift.
  • Able to read a tape measure is helpful.
  • Able to work in an unairconditioned building.

Benefits

We offer a full benefits package, including paid holidays and paid time off. Full and part-time positions are available, with a typical shift schedule of 6:30-3:00 Monday-Friday. Overtime work may be involved.
