Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
  • Advise customers on necessary and recommended services, including estimates and repair options.
  • Offer additional services and repairs to customers, ensuring they are aware of all available options.
  • Compute costs of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicles to their original condition.
  • Estimate costs of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs, providing clear and concise explanations to customers.
  • Schedule appointments with customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Meet dealership standards for repair and order production, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Participate in required training and development programs, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical operations of vehicles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
