Ampcus seeks a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows and Macintosh devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Senior Help Desk Technician, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft certifications preferred but not required.
- IT-related certifications related to Microsoft 365/Azure or other certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospital healthcare environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
