Job Description

  • Career Advisement and Development: Provide one-on-one guidance to clients, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their career goals.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Design and deliver engaging workshops that equip clients with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in high-demand industries.
  • Case Management: Coordinate comprehensive case management services, ensuring that clients receive personalized support and follow-up.
  • Program Management: Oversee program operations, including the coordination of introductory workshops, weekly workshops, and grant allocation.
  • Business-Driven Curriculum: Develop and implement a business-driven curriculum that prepares job seekers for in-demand positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in career advisement, workshop facilitation, workforce development, or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs, excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
