Job Description
- Career Advisement and Development: Provide one-on-one guidance to clients, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their career goals.
- Workshop Facilitation: Design and deliver engaging workshops that equip clients with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in high-demand industries.
- Case Management: Coordinate comprehensive case management services, ensuring that clients receive personalized support and follow-up.
- Program Management: Oversee program operations, including the coordination of introductory workshops, weekly workshops, and grant allocation.
- Business-Driven Curriculum: Develop and implement a business-driven curriculum that prepares job seekers for in-demand positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
